Agreement to Terms
Effective date: July 2, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Galadriel Labs (“Galadriel Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding Jackpot Arcade Casino, including our mobile application, website, game content, support features, promotions, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use Jackpot Arcade Casino. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Game names, mechanics, visual themes, odds-like displays, multipliers, jackpots, bonus animations, and win celebrations are part of the arcade presentation. They are not representations that you will win money, receive property, obtain a prize, or achieve similar results in any real-world gambling or financial activity.
Galadriel Labs may add, remove, rebalance, rename, test, or modify games, missions, bonus systems, VIP benefits, virtual coin grants, XP requirements, streak mechanics, and other Service features at any time, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

We may need to reset, correct, or adjust account data if we identify errors, duplicated grants, fraud, exploits, chargebacks, unauthorized access, technical issues, or other activity that affects the integrity of the Service.
Accounts are personal to you. You may not sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, or share accounts, virtual coin balances, VIP access, progression, rewards, or other Service benefits except through features we expressly provide.
Virtual Coins and Rewards
Virtual coins and other virtual items are licensed to you for personal entertainment use within Jackpot Arcade Casino. They are not sold to you, are not your personal property, and do not create any ownership, investment, deposit, stored-value, or property interest. Your license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and subject to these Terms.
Virtual coins have no cash value. They are not redeemable, withdrawable, exchangeable, refundable, or transferable for money, goods, services, gift cards, cryptocurrency, credits outside the Service, prizes, or anything of monetary value. Virtual coins may be earned, granted, purchased, awarded, adjusted, spent, expired, or removed only as permitted by the Service.
The Service may grant virtual coins or rewards through gameplay, daily bonuses, streaks, missions, XP levels, season rewards, promotional events, Lucky Wheel spins, VIP drops, make-good grants, or support adjustments. These grants are discretionary entertainment features and may be subject to limits, timing rules, availability, device or account restrictions, fraud checks, and balancing changes.
Where permitted by applicable law, Galadriel Labs may adjust, suspend, expire, revoke, discontinue, or otherwise modify virtual coins, virtual items, XP, streaks, missions, VIP rewards, reward rates, balances, and virtual economy rules. We may do so for reasons including game balancing, fraud prevention, technical errors, legal compliance, platform requirements, product changes, security, abuse, or discontinuation of a feature.
If the Service displays a virtual coin balance or reward amount incorrectly because of a bug, exploit, delay, visual error, server issue, or unauthorized activity, Galadriel Labs may correct the balance or reward to reflect our records and intended virtual economy operation.
Purchases and VIP
The Service may offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual coin packs, VIP subscriptions or passes, ad-removal features, cosmetic items, bonus drops, season rewards, or other entertainment benefits. Purchases are optional and are not required to use every free feature that remains available without purchase.
Purchases are generally processed by the app store or payment platform that distributes the Service. Your purchase is also subject to that platform’s terms, payment rules, refund policies, tax handling, subscription renewal rules, and family purchase settings. Galadriel Labs does not typically receive your full payment card number from app stores.
VIP rewards may include virtual coin grants, daily drops, cosmetic indicators, reduced ads, premium season tracks, bonus missions, or similar perks. VIP benefits are entertainment-only, may vary by platform or version, and may change over time. If a VIP subscription is offered, benefits generally continue only while the subscription remains active and in good standing.
Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, completed purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests for app store purchases should be directed to the applicable app store. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or deemed fraudulent, Galadriel Labs may remove the associated virtual coins, VIP benefits, virtual items, or account progress attributable to that transaction.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Jackpot Arcade Casino only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not use the Service to harass others, impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, distribute malware, interfere with operations, scrape data, spam support channels, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
You may not sell, advertise, broker, trade, or otherwise commercialize accounts, virtual coins, VIP benefits, rewards, promotional grants, or gameplay services. You may not use the Service for gambling, wagering, sweepstakes administration, money transmission, financial speculation, or any activity that suggests virtual coins have real-world monetary value.
No Cheating or Abuse
Fair play matters even in an entertainment-only arcade. You may not use bots, scripts, emulators configured to manipulate results, automation, modified clients, memory editors, packet tampering, unauthorized APIs, exploits, duplicate account schemes, clock manipulation, ad fraud, purchase fraud, refund abuse, mission farming, streak manipulation, or other methods that interfere with intended gameplay.
We may monitor gameplay, device signals, purchase records, reward claims, mission completion, XP activity, streak patterns, and account behavior to detect errors, abuse, and fraud. We may investigate suspected violations and may withhold rewards, correct balances, reset progress, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, source code, object code, interfaces, game designs, artwork, animations, audio, text, trade names, logos, characters, icons, reward structures, virtual item names, and other content, is owned by Galadriel Labs or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Galadriel Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly perform, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or exploit the Service except as expressly allowed by law or by written permission from Galadriel Labs.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant Galadriel Labs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without restriction or compensation to you.
Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on app stores, operating systems, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising networks, attribution providers, crash reporting tools, customer support systems, authentication providers, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Third-party service interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions, device settings, ad network behavior, app store decisions, or platform payment rules may affect the availability or operation of Jackpot Arcade Casino.
App Updates and Availability
We may update the Service to add features, remove features, rebalance games, fix bugs, improve performance, update security, change virtual economy rules, or satisfy legal or platform requirements. Some updates may be required for continued use. Older versions may stop working or may not receive new content, events, rewards, or support.

Galadriel Labs may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, engaged in fraud or abuse, interfered with the Service, or used the Service in a way that harms Galadriel Labs, other users, or third parties. We may also discontinue the Service or any feature where permitted by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions about virtual coins, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, disputes, and general legal terms.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Galadriel Labs disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that gameplay results, virtual coin balances, XP, streaks, missions, VIP rewards, notifications, ads, or app features will be available, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or free from defects. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galadriel Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, device issues, service interruption, or loss of virtual coins, XP, rewards, or other virtual items.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galadriel Labs’ total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Galadriel Labs through the Service in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limitation applies regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Galadriel Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of third-party rights, or your fraud, cheating, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense. You may not settle any claim in a way that imposes obligations on Galadriel Labs without our prior written consent.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute related to them or the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local law requires otherwise. You and Galadriel Labs agree to first try to resolve disputes informally by contacting [email protected] with a description of the issue and the relief requested.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to bring claims only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires a different forum. You and Galadriel Labs waive any objection to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, virtual economy features, purchases, VIP rewards, technology, law, platform requirements, or business operations. When we update the Terms, we will revise the effective date and may provide additional notice where required or appropriate.
Your continued use of Jackpot Arcade Casino after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any consent requirements under applicable law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
